yea you are right. I was able to get the same response. Just live chat with them. I filled out the information required to use ACH, and they processed it this morning around 5am... $400 and a $20 fee. It's almost 12 pm, and I still yet to see it in my bank account.

I received a check for only $1000.00 via courier service a week ago. Unfortunately, it bounced and I was charged a $15.00 bounced check fee. CS instructed me to scan the returned check and email it to them. The first check I received from them cleared with no problem and I have another check in route. The said the third check should clear with no problem. Maybe I will use WU in the future because while I am patient my confidence is a little shaken. But, I know processing must be difficult for the outfit so I will be patient.

go live chat and I'm told transfer denied, and I'm blacklisted from Western Union
