They always paid or transferred money quickly. They now show inconsistency, and weakness. They are bouncing checks, ACH's are not going through often as they play the game. This is a book that like it is heading to the end.

majority of the problems with 5 dimes is through ach. why do some of you people consistently do the same thing over and over again if you know its a problem. what is so hard about going to your bank or atm and withdrawing some cash out. you must be to cheap to pay the atm fee huh? see where it gets you. you also complain about a 40 fee on recieving 400-500 payout. go to your local book and pay 10 percent on every 100 dollars. the banking system in the us is fucked up. before 9/11 you can get a deposit in your bank acct.no problem. now with new regulatory measures and stock managers funding terrorists eveerything is closely watched. if you dont like it... take a nice warm glass of stfu and post your complaints in the i dont give a fuck forum

chuckdaduck... what you do is go on live chat tell them you want to send money wu. tell them your most convient wu doesnt do costa rica. then once you get in the parking lot of your wu call 5dimes customer service and tell them you where just on live chat and go over all the info with them. 90% of the time it doesnt change but maybe your in that 10% catergory.and if it just so happens by mistake wu does send it in pesos or a different form of currency call 5dimes because sometimes they will accept anyways. if not call wu they will change the currency... you just have to call wu from the actual store where you sent the money to

After the bounced check situation, Five Dimes redeposited the amount back into my account. I will say that customer service was not rude and appeared to try and help. I also spoke in a calm voice so there would be no issues. Next time I will attempt to with draw via WU.

They did put the money into my 5 Dimes account. On a positive note, the third check they sent me appears to have cleared.

I have been waiting for a check from 5dimes since october 10. Keep calling me and they have been giving me the run around. They told me they are still checking with their processor and to call them Friday afternoon for an update. This might be the last string for me with 5dimes.
