Over the weekend (Saturday) I had my account at BetJamaica up to $1,496.05 after winning several College bets and a small 3 team parlay.
On Sunday morning I logged in to my account and it was still at $1,496.05 at which time I went into the NFL lines to check them out and place my NFL bets.
I then decided to withdraw $1,000 and place bets with my remaining $496.05 as I had built this up from a $200 deposit. But when I clicked on Withdraw I got a message stating you can't withdraw with less then $10 and your balance is at $.05. WHAT? I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was seeing. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So, I went back out and into the NFL betting section and my balance was at $.05. NO WAY - What happened!
So, I called BetJamaica immediately and talked to someone who said that someone between 10PM Saturday 12/1 and Sunday 11AM 12/2 went into the casino and had a net loss of $1,496. That is why my account balance is $.05. WHAT? I didn't even go into the casino on Sunday morning when I logged into my account so how the HELL did this happen?? They say maybe someone got my information, account access or my WIFE did it! WHAT? My wife doesn't even gamble. Oh wait maybe one of my 6 year old Twin daugthers did it! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? That is complete BS.
I am still talking with them about this and trying to get it worked out but I am PISSED!! Not only am I out $1,496 but I lost a whole day of betting on the NFL (there are only 17 of them ALL year) and I would have gone 6-2 yesterday with my plays.
I sure hope this gets worked out or I am never using BetJamaica again and need a new sportsbook to go to or a local!! MAN

I had one incident with them earlier this fall when I cashed out $1,000 and had a Fed Ex check sent to me. Not a problem got the check in 3-5 business days and deposited in my checking account.
Then 2 weeks later I get in the mail from my bank an insuffienct funds copy of this check from them showing my bank account and they are charging me bacause the check from BetJamaica bounced. I was PISSED! Thinking Great they screwed me out of $1K.
So, I called BJ and at first they gave me the run around and then I got to a manager that was very nice about the whole situation. Had me scan these into my computer and send them to him in e-mail. He then processed a Western Union for me and I had to go to Snyder's and get a check from Western Union and then take that to the bank and in 3 days I had the money in my checking account so that time it all worked out!
This time - it isn't looking so good! NO - My Wife and kids don't use my account - I think you were kidding! And yes - I let the kids drink as long as I am around - What's wrong with 6 year olds putting back a couple of milks now and again! NOTHING!
I am REALLY Worked up over this whole situation and didn't think that in today's world I had to worry about a sports book screwing me out of $1,500. The guy yesterday was swearing at me and accusing me of spending it or someone else and now me just not telling the truth about it. They guy I am working with today is a little nice but still says they have proof that someone played it in my account from my computer and I am just out of luck!
So, what can I do? I did't do it but maybe someone hacked into my computer?? I don't think it is possible! Not to mention it was there one minute and gone the next - That is where it is really strange!!

Look into your cookies on your computer, to see when the last time someone has logged into that site. Oh, back when I used Pinnacle, they robbed me to the tune of $2500. A very similar situation. They claimed that someone must to have hacked into my account. Very convenient for them huh.

I just got off the phone with Scotty at Bet Jamaica and he was very helpful and it going to resolve the situation and send me the lost money. We are going to close this account so that something won't happen in the future!
I just wanted to point out that Scotty was very helpful during this whole situation and very nice to me as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Scotty and BetJamaica!

Word to the wise on sportsbooks that offer casinos. As soon as you become a member with them, contact them and tell them to disable the casino from your account. Pinnace and BetJM both do this.
And for the record, I've never had problems with either of these books. Glad to hear yours was reolved in a timely manner.

I have wireless internet and we think that someone hacked in and played making it look like it was on my computer but we still aren't sure.
So, they were very nice and gave me my money and we closed my account so it won't happen again.
I am still checking into my wireless connection and asking around with my neighbors to try to figure out what happened.
A big mess up but BetJamaica handled it very professionally and Scotty Johnson is the manager there that helped me research this and he was very nice to me and helpful!
I would still recommend BetJamaica as I never had any complaint of anything they did and what happened was probably caused by my using wireless internet and I won't be doing that any more!
I would suggest anyone out there that is using wireless to check it out and make sure it is secure or change to hard wired connection!

So the time frame of Saturday 10PM to Sunday morning when you logged in isn't valid for the "hacking". That only leaves the time when you woke up / logged in Sunday morning to 11AM Sunday morning as when it could have happened.
Sorry chief, it doesn't take Jack Bauer to figure out that something's not right here.
