Yeah I&#x27;ve been using it with BETUS for over a year now!  It works but has it&#x27;s drawbacks.  They nickel &amp; dime you with the small fees.  $2 per month for having the card, $60 loading fee for $3K payout.  You can withdrawal $1000 per day in $500 increments and it&#x27;s a $5 fee per $500 withdrawalCard works almost anywhere except it never seems to work for me at gas station entering my pin #

Yes you can use ATM at liquor store or a Bank ATM.  Withdrawal $500 at a time.  Not sure if the card you will get will have different rules and fees but this is the one I have.

I have a debit card for bookmaker / betdsi and it&#x27;s awesome.  sure...they hit you with a monthly mtn fee ($5), card load fee ($2), and then an ATM fee ($3 per transaction), but do the math...it&#x27;s still cheaper than western union / moneygram and way more convenient.  i withdrew $1,500 this past monday and used the debit card.  the money hit my account the next day, and i went to some atm&#x27;s and took the cash out.  you are allowed up to 4 withdrawal&#x27;s per day, but can find ATMs that will let you w/d up to $400 or $500.

Good question...I can&#x27;t remember if I had to provide my SSN when I requested the card, but I don&#x27;t think so.  Are you a current bookmaker or dsi customer?

Rice...just checked with their Customer Service Manager. He said he didn't think you needed a SSN, but probably do need a copy of your driver's license. If they do request a SSN...make one up.
