I personally had 2,153 dollars on my beted account and I too want it back but I believe we have to let the dust settle and then react. Covers isn't to blame it is beted and the government. If there is something that makes you feel like its getting better I am perplexed to that idea because nothing can be looking better at the moment because there is not any new news out there to assist us.
I feel covers will help us with this but we need to give it some time and hope that we get what is ours. I am not over the fence yet about the money not being returned but after the intial court day we will have a better understanding of the current conditions with this indictment.

Customers will get their funds back but it will take time. It sort of like when Pinnacle decided to abandon the US market. They froze your ability to make wagers, closed your account and sent you a check for the funds that were in your account. Except this time it is not voluntary on the part of the book.

I'm all over the board voicing displeasure with the way things were handled so in no way am I optimistic. We don't need a guy who makes 5 posts per year taking potshots though. You provided no insight. What was the point?

Watch this. Around the 10 minute mark they talk about your money being stolen. They either were underfunded or they stole your money. Why offer a bonus either, they needed more cash.

my point is your not getting your money back..people saying this is sort of like pinnacle...what??? beted took your money...their not going to reopen outside the u.s. thats crazy...and for you people thinking the DOJ has the money..why would they give it back to you...your illegally gambling online. i guess i'm just reading all this on covers its like the poker or the neteller or pinnacle its a totally different situation....i hope you guys do get your money back,,,but its not going to happen

Anybody know what the process for withdrawals is?? My withdrawal was "processed" on 5/22 and was told that it would take up to 10 business days to show up on my account... any chance I barely made it???

doubtful i requested a payout on 05/13 and didn't get it..... i know something wasn't right when i saw the 100% bonus... it was way to good to be true

doubtful, i requested a payout on 05/13 and it didn't go through..... i knew why i saw the 100% bonus that something was up... i'm done w/ online gambling and will only gamble in veags going forward

There is no shot any of us are getting our money back from beted or the DOJ. The only thing we can hope for is that covers gets us a bailout with a different book....the same thing that SBR has done on a couple of different occasions.

I agree, covers has so be somewhat liable for recommending this book. Why should their customer lose all their money and covers not lose anything. Covers should give all of the advertising money earned by bet ed back to all the people who lost their money. that was it is a wash and covers didn't make money from something that harmed their cliental so badly.

Agree 100%. It doesnt take weeks to do that though and we are already 4 days since beted closed up. If covers was going to do the right thing, they would have done it already.

Yeah and unfortunately the government only got a small percentage of Beted's held funds. The held funds themselves probably represent only a fraction of customer balances.

I think the bigger picture is hoping that the D.O.J. and the I.R.S. don't affect my fellow cappers. I appreciate eveyone's opinion on each sport. It's nice to have others enlighten me on things when my personal research falls short. The US will continue to be aggressive on this matter. I suggest that people find locals or stop this on-line stuff. On-line gaming is a big fucking headache anyway. I have to apologize, because since I've been doing this for 16 years, I often forget and make assumptions that everybody on the site has the same general industry and legal knowledge that comes with experience.
I've seen so much mis-information and dis-information over the last week that I've decided to put together a general post that kind of sorts out where you all stand legally.
