I placed a bet last night and they said I lost but I clearly won. They said that they had an error and decided to make it a no action wager.
So basically Betonline.ag has the right to take away a player winnings if they feel like it.
Betonline motto is "You lose then you lose, You win you still lose, no matter what you lose"
Had my own bad experience with them and would probably stop wagering rather than going back. They touted their "betpoints" as an incentive to join and then discontinued the program, without notice, leaving lots of players with a lot of points that were worthless. Probably would only have converted to $500 or so but, an unethical move by a bunch of weasels.
Betonline just contacted me about what happened with the whole situation with the bet that I placed on the live wager. We both just resolved the situation. They clearly like there customers and do whatever it takes to please there customers. I will continue to use Betonline from how wonderful their customer service is and how customer friendly they are.
