Bodog check bounced!

Requested a payout from bodog, took them FOREVER to verify my info then to receive a check that bounced!  WTF!! Bank where check was issued was CLOSED??!!  F**ck I only wanted to have my money back now!  Stay away from Bodog at all costs!!

It is my understanding that a senior CS manager tried to call you today but no answer...he is sending you an email as well...please let me know if you do not receive it.  Apologies for the inconvenience, your money + a bonus is already on its way.

just cleared 2 checks with 5dimes, no problems, recieved in 3 days after requesting

Deposited two checks from Bodog.  Just found out one bounced.  Never had this happen before but they are giving me the run around.  Customer service is awful. 

I will be leaving once this is resolved.

why would you even want a bonus from these guys after the check bounced

 

thats like going to a restaurant and getting food poisoning, so there reaction to that , well come back, and ill give you even more free food

sucks that it takes a post on covers to get this resolved, should be a non issue

and even worse for people that dont konw about covers or other online handicapping sites who dont have any recourse

 

but main point , is that this should be a non issue, and the fact that they don't have their act together and send bounced checks is disgusting practice

From my experience in the online gambling industry I know that payout issues, especially within the US, are industry-wide and can be out of the site's control.  Regardless, bodog CS is trained to handle these types of issues and they are always happy to help if you call in with payout problems.  Also, there are alternative methods available if you choose not to use check payouts- just give CS a call and they will explain what is available.

Man I am just absolutely floored that people in the U.S. still use
BODOG!!!  After countless horror stories on this site alone....

you must contact bodog becky.. she will fix it... there is no reason to withdraw anyway..just leave it in and you won't have to deposit later...they do not want customers who withdraw money from them...they will treat you fine if you just leave it in...

Why is it out of all the top rated books yours is the only one that consistently has problems with payouts?

My check bounced to from BoDog. It has caused my account to go into the negative and now some of my checks my bounce because of Bodog sending me a worthless check. Customer service is giving me the run around. I feel like ive been scammed
