I am curious why you ran up such a large number in the first place?  Why not stop at 500 and see if you get paid?  Have you dealt with him for a long time and all of a sudden he won't pay?  Did people who sent you to him say they always got paid?  Need more details to this story.   

I paid him $4500 one time........few weeks later I won $1700 and he paid.....this time I won $2300 and he balked on me

Excellent way to go straight to the pokey.  Going to a school where kids are and threatening someone is a solid recipe for disaster.  Highly recommend against this method.
