I requested a payout on August 23rd in the amount of 1,100 USD.
I have requested and received a payout via MoneyGram in the past. No problems what-so ever.
I request my payout on the 23rd, and am told "we cannot send you that amount via MoneyGram, but we can send it in TWO payouts, both of which will be charged a fee."
So, they offer me the eCHECK deposit option, which is "fast, free, and reliable."
The money was taken from my online account within 4 hours.
7 days later (5 business) I am told: everything looks good with the payout, it is not being help for any reason, should be there any time today.
8 days later (6 business): we contacted the processor, everything is good, it should be in your account today.
9 days later (7 business): The processor has informed us there is a delay, but it will be in your account by THURSDAY.
11 days later (9 business): We have to email the processor about why it is still delayed. We cant call them, but I'll let you know when we hear back.
12 days later (10 business): The processor confirmed the payout is ready to go. There was a small delay with the batch we sent out exactly on your payout date, but today it should show up.
16 days later (11 business): The payout might be delayed, but there is nothing we can do. Our supervisor is out of town, and the manager doesnt have a scheduled time to come in, so she'll call when she does come in."
I really just want my payout. I have OTHER money in my account which I cant withdrawal (because they wont send it to me). I just want me funds, I dont want to wait till "tomorrow" like they told me every single day for half a month....

Well it was hard to believe the guy cause i believe he had like 20 posts and signed in this month, but he was saying FBI was doing 8 month investigation into their employees using customers credit cards/info for their own gambling. Supposedly US customers contacted authorities after noticing unauthorized transactions on their own credit card statements.
I wouldn't be surprised if it true because their poker room is rigged. People speak hispanic and when you go all in the chat option is still open and these hispanic players tell each other what they have and what other players have. You can ask other poker players at the tables there and they will tell you the same. I lost a huge pot(close to $400) at a $1/2table earlier this year, and the guy tells me to transfer my last 68$ in account to my poker account to continue to play.Since then I only use the freeroll in their poker games and only the sportsbook.
I would send funds via western union or moneygram and the destinations were Managua, Caracas, Lima some other central and south american cities. And this is where the players at the tables are located if you scroll over their names. I even had a BOOKMAKER manager call me friday afternoon but I never returned the call which I find irritating now considering these rumours the following day. Luckily I withdrew almost all my funds a month ago with no problems.

This is starting to get a little scary, i have a lot of money in my account right now, at first i didn't believe any of the rumors floating around about Bookmaker but after this guy's problem getting paid im a little concerned..hopefully Lou or someone else here can get some more information for us.

Just be patient man, Ive had withdraws that took 2-3 weeks from Bookmaker
Really? in all the years i have played with Bookmaker i have had no problems or delays in getting money thru bank wire or Western Union, if i had a 2 or 3 week delay i think my money would have been somewhere else. I really hope these rumors aren't true.

Yeah but it was only one time where It took that long the other were usually less then a week. Im hoping these rumors are false too cuz my account is doing pretty well there right now

Same situation with me, i have over 10k in my account and i hate hearing about them having payout problems..im still hoping none of this is true.

Same card that I've used since I opened my account. All forms have been filled out an approved, all documents and addresses current, and I have been paid out before. Hopefully Lou will get back to me with some good news. And hopefully its not "tomorrow"

Boys I dig a bit of digging and it seems everything is good at Book Maker. I have money with them and I am not one bit worried. All books run into problems from time to time and the good books deal with the issues and get back to business.
