Lou, thank you VERY much for you help. I certainly appreciate the time you took to look into this for me.  I have been using this book for so long I feel bad considering another after all of this.  Hopefully they will make it right

I received a call today from bookmaker.com


"SouthBeach" the processor had an error with all payouts processed on that day. the money has be RETURNED to your account, and you can request another payout free of charge.


Okay, so, not a payout; but at least the money went somewhere.  I had hoped that after 17 days they woudl be sending my my payout, but I guess I have to start the process all over.


Still kind of frustrated, but I guess here we go again.

Definitely a pain in the ass but it's probably an isolated incident rather than a sign of them going out of business.

Definitely a pain in the ass but it's probably an isolated incident rather than a sign of them going out of business.

If you have over 10k in your account then you are very foolish. I have been betting for over 30 years and would never leave over $500 in my account. If they close there is nothing you can do. USA laws dont apply with these overseas books. I have been screwed by many books in the past and they all will close and reopen in time. Get you money out as soon as you can.

You would never leave over $500 in your account? about half of the games i bet are for $500 so that wouldn't give me much to work with. I have been playing offshore for about 17 years starting with ESB, i have never been stiffed a dollar but a lot of it's luck because my accounts at Betonsports and ESB were empty when they shut down. I dont like having over 10k in any one account but i caught fire over the weekend and hit a nice parlay so thats the way it worked out. I did request a payout this morning though.

every time i get a payout, it is via check.... i just got one today for 700 and it only took 3 business days... That is usually the norm for bookmaker..... Good sports book in my eyes

ESB- they stiffed me for over $90,000.  I hated that book and their personnel with passion.  What a frickin nightmare.

som people just learn the  hard way... i been with same book for 4 yrs and no issues on payouts vip.com, it sucks cause my friends cant join cause they no longer take u.s. customers anymore or so they say,so my friends deal with these shady books like betus is known for screwin around with your payouts,..i dont even have a plan b book,anyone know of a backup book to vip?

DONNY..$90,000!!!!!!!!!! ... I broke a locals jaw for $92 about 11 yrs ago!! ... Damn I would probably be in jail for life if that happened to me!!

I was thinking the same thing, i dont know if i could sleep at night after getting stiffed for 90 grand..but i really dont know what you could do about or how to find the right people that stiffed you. I guess if you have a couple million in the bank then you can withstand a loss of 90k, but for a normal person like myself 90k can be a life changer.

I have used Bookmaker for a couple years and never had a problem .  I would not be worried about your money.
