A book will not cut you off for just winning.   However, if you play the moves or always bet underdogs and under, they might consider your business undesireable and just rather not have you as a customer.  Books want suckers, they want to make money.

Have all limited me. Hollywoodsportsbook limited me for no reason. I deposited about $2500 total last summer. I was down to my last $50, then started a winning streak which got it up to $1000, then I was limited to $5 based on "management decision"? So I cashed out.
