Okay, signed up with them in August because someone on covers raved about them.
Here is my experience since I now have asked for my first payout.
1. Customer Service is very good. I asked what was needed for a payout and since I only send them WU they said only a drivers license if my address was the same as on file which it is. If it hadn't then a utility bill. Those are normal requests by any book on a first payout. I emailed my scanned copies and requested the payout this morning for their max $1000 via WU. They said it was going in for processing and I would get an email in 24 to 48 hours. I started to think maybe problems but the email came same day and said I will here from them with receiver information likely in the morning. That would be as good as anyone could expect in todays world. I will confirm the results but right now A+
2. They have all of the major sports lines and the are very much in lines with the books we call the best. There system is easy enough for a toddler to operate it. Where they are lacking is in the events they don't offer options to wager. It is not a site for the big soccer, tennis, or rugby player. They only offer the very major soccer leagues (maybe 8) and all lines are win, win, draw. Tennis is average at best and rugby isn't offered.

3. They don't have anybody, and I mean anybody around after the start of the 2nd half of football (the last game). Wagers finishing after the start of the 2nd half don't get graded until the next morning which is not un-common but would be nice.

4. Their race book is nice offering many options including some international tracks which aren't offered at many books available to US players. I found I had to have a Twin Spires and TVG account to access almost any track but GTbets comes close.

5. Casino. I don't play in them and won't so can't grade.
I feel like this is as honest as I can be about a book. They will stay as part of my options.
