I have been using these guys for a few days and I will have a writeup on down the road when I give them a real good workout. But I gotta give them a huge shoutout tonight for customer service that went above and beyond.
Of couse most of you know I'm a pucks guy. Even if you didn't the avatar should give it away.
Heritage doesn't get many puck players at all so they don't list props for games. But tonight they made some props up on the spot so I could play them. They asked what I wanted and I told them. Granted it was just a handful, but for a book to let you wager something that isn't even listed on thier board goes a long way.
Customer service is top notch so far I wanted to let you know that this a rare book indeed to do something like this. When I use them for a few more months I can give everyone a detailed report on things.
