I guess you have to bash BP on the message boards to get a reply. I had issues the last two weeks with customer service and lines and didn't get much help. I had another issue and emailed Richard on the 22nd asking for help and to look into this. I was very polite and even expressed the fact that I was hoping they suceeded and that to treat people the way the customer service was treating at least me and from what I have seen on here was poor and that doing things like above in my original post and the issue below would lead people to run away. I also explained that you would think the reps would bend over backwards within reason to help people with all the issues they have had. I didn't get a response at all, not even something saying he will look into it or anything. I know he probably has his hands full with all the complaints, but still it doesn't speak much to keeping me as a customer. Here is the issue I had the other night. It may not seem like much to some, but it pissed me off. I was going to bet Marin Cilic and even posted in the tennis forum that I would love to take him, but the book took it off.

They are pathetic. And their customer service and management are as professional and as good as their job as their pathetic sportsbook service in general.
