it would be very beneficial to learn how to use twitter and look at the 5dimes timelines.  Every other day, someone is saying something about them and it makes you wonder.  why doesn't bookmaker ever have problems like that?  all i ever see on bookmaker are people wanting the betpoints credited to their account.

i cannot articulate everything enough about the trouble that 5dimes will give you but as 1 small example, their customer service agents provide very poor customer service.  You know what's even really bad?  the upper management at 5dimes act like they don't realize it's a problem and make you think they will take care of it or the person who caused the problem to you.  But you know what, they won't do a thing, they just keep lying, stalling, and not being fair at all.  Policies get changed every other week.

Don't let the 5dimes betting options fool you into thinking you gotta stay with them, what does that matter if you win and they won't pay you?  if you decide to stay with them, plan on not cashing out more than about $500 at a time.  And when you request that $500, be prepared to get slow paid because they will test your patience.

if they have so many problems why are they such a popular book? Seems like Tons of people use them? No? Are they just a giant volume book and have lots of customers.

Also, perhaps they do slow pay I don't know. But who has ever been stiffed by 5 Dimes

Does 5Dimes do a Pay 2 Card option?

Also, perhaps they do slow pay I don't know. But who has ever been stiffed by 5 Dimes

Does 5Dimes do a Pay 2 Card option?

5dimes reminds me a lot of what was going on with a sportsbook called Sportsinteraction back around year 2000-2002 or so when they were still accepting us players.  There was a lot of complaints about payouts with them yet many many people were still using them on here why?  if i remember correctly they too had some pretty good betting options at the time and for whatever reason a lot of people liked them.

i believe that 5dimes has lost a lot of money within the last year or so and that's probably one of the biggest reasons why they had to shut down the live betting plus version that is no longer available.

The only way you're going to find more about 5dimes and stiffing the players, how they do it is by doing research and that takes time.  Yes there are threads out there that bad mouth 5dimes for no reason because they are angry at them but there are some legitimate ones out there.  I mean look at the 5dimes twitter timeline and keep loading as many tweets as you can from the last year and compare what the bookmakerdoteu timeline has.

There's always going to be the handful of idiots who complain about having to send in documents before getting payouts, i'm not talking about those type of complaints, i'm talking about legitimate complaints from people who have hardcore evidence like screenshots.

Let me tell you 1 simple experience i had with 5dimes before and it's a small little thing but it goes to show you what they do and they make you think it's an honest mistake but it is not.

i requested a western union transfer 1 time, went to go pick it up but i could not because they sent it to the wrong country.  What the FUKK is that?  They probably made up a fake transfer number knowing it would never be picked up by someone in that country who would never have my name there.

5dimes will stall, lie, or even shut down your account and say it's under "review" when you win big especially.  If you want a simple $500 vanilla payout or green dot money pak payout, they'll just say they don't have any for now or any excuse they can come up with.

1 other time i requested a green dot money pak, i went back 48 hours later to ask what happened, know what they said?  they said i did not indicate which card i wanted it loaded on to.  Are you kidding me?  it's right there on the live chat, specifically says it right there to which card i wanted it on.  And they do have access to the live chat so there was another lie.

Why would anyone be against 5dimes you say?  well the whole idea is that there should be a "go-to" sportsbook where you'll never have any problems with customer service, you know exactly how many days you'll get paid from the time you request it and no bullshit lies like 5dimes does.

I believe bookmaker has the most money out of everyone available for the us market.  I hardly EVER see any complaints from them and keep in mind that BETdsi is basically the same company.  Why is there never any legitimate complaints against bookmaker and betdsi?  well for 1 thing their customer service is always excellent.  A sportsbook like this deserves to get all the money, all the deposits to keep those fast payouts flowing.  Hell if they could get all of the 5dimes customers, we could see improved betting options which i have seen with my own eyes because they never used to have hockey in game betting like they do now.

what i should have said was yeah the transfer number was real but they went ahead and had it processed knowing that it would never have a chance of getting picked up.  you would never think they would do fukked up bullshit in the beginning but then later on down the road you look back and say wow....  they probably did do something like that on purpose.

yep, sign up for bookmaker and betdsi in fact.  betdsi is the account where you get a $25 free play for your birthday and $25 free play for christmas.  there is also a streak contest where you can win a $25 free play for picking 5 winners in a row, then there's a $100 free play i think it is for picking 9 in a row and it goes all the way up

you also get a free poker account to the winning poker network from each sportsbook and they have some really good freerolls everyday.

last night as an example there was a $6000 GTD freeroll with no entry.  and everyday there's always a satellite freeroll where you have to place in the top 3, sometimes they have more places.

A lot of people don't take the satellite freerolls seriously because they don't see any money that you can win and all that shows up that you win are seats to another satellite but let me tell you that sometimes not enough people register and then you end up getting the entry fee back.

Even if the tourney does start after winning yourself a seat, there aren't that many people that enter and it's easy to win, even if you don't advance to the next satellite, there's a prize pool that you can still win that gets you money so remember, this is all free.

    Crow,

Why wouldn't they let you do a funds transfer from 5 5Dimes to Bookmaker?

I think at this point a slow payout or some sort of annoying error that leads you around is the least of our worries.  If they pay me, I don't care if it takes 6 weeks.  Not a problem.  As long as they pay me.  I think all of your criticism Crow is overblown.  Have they ever flat out NOT paid you>  Didn't think so

they said my deposits did not equal the amount of money that i have won or something like that.  i did not understand their explanation but sounded like they looked up all my previous deposits from when i first started betting with 5dimes years and years ago.  i don't bet large amounts and i don't deposit large amounts.  whenever i've played with 5dimes, i always understood that i could never win more than say around $1000 at a time.  At this point i knew they kept giving me lies and excuses and i gave up.

We've heard all the stories about the checks bouncing, getting banned from using money transfers, only being able to receive a certain amount every 8 days via money transfers, etc the point being was that everything was limited.  i've moved on from 5dimes.

here's my suggestion to anyone out there who is worried about their money inside their 5dimes account.  Do what you can to withdraw but if you sense they are going to slow pay you or no pay you, just get with another sportsbook online with say bookmaker and start extracting money 1 by 1 with single game bets on both sides.

In other words, don't get mad at 5dimes, don't threaten them, don't ask to have the maximum withdrawals allowed, don't do any chargebacks, etc.......simply put a lot of people have been winning off their excellent betting options and they just have not been able to pay up like they've always done for a long time.

waiting anymore than 48 hours to get paid is totally UNACCEPTABLE to me.  full flush poker as an example, last i saw they were taking about 3-4 weeks, are you kidding me?

a few days ago i started playing with cloudbet and just last night i made a withdrawal request and it was almost INSTANT!  money was pending in my circle account for about 15 minutes, then it showed up, do you know what time i requested the withdrawal?  it was like at 140am in the morning can you believe that?

so basically what happens at this point is that since it's the weekend, the circle account will touch base with my bank account on the next business day which is monday and then be in my personal bank account altogether no later than about 4am pacific time on tuesday morning.

and you're telling me you are willing to wait for 6 weeks?

    Crow,

Thanks for the response. Could you elaborate on how to extract money to a different book with single game wagering? I imagine you mean take opposite sides in both books? What happens if the 5Dimes bet wins though? Then you increase your positions in the book you don't actually want to increase your position in?

Could someone help with the situation of transferring funds from 5Dimes to another online book account you already have open?

I understand what Crow is saying about, if you want to move the funds, just bet the opposite side.

    5Dimes bet $110 to win $100

Book #2 bet $110 to win $100 on opposite side.

    Here's the problem.

Say you want to move $500 or $1000 at a time.

What happens when you're 5Dimes wager hits?
    now you're +$100 at 5D and -$110 at Book 2.

Now if you are trying to move $500 or $1000 to Book #2 and you don't get the first bet, how does this work really?

How do I successful ly do this without basically draining Book #2's account if the 5D bet wins like 2-3 times in a row?

it's a chance you would have to take especially if you've already experienced bullshit with 5dimes giving you a hard time with payouts.  i would say do the best you can to keep getting payouts but be prepared and not get angry if they start stalling/lying because you know it might be coming.  who knows, maybe you will be lucky to get paid out every time till your account reaches zero but another thing i gotta mention is i believe the bitcoin sportsbooks might be taking over.

The reason being is that you can get paid instantly with bitcoin, even on the weekends.  Nevermind having to wait every so often to receive $1000 at a time, for example bookmaker allows $3000 withdrawn everyday through bitcoin monday through friday.  cloudbet would not tell me what "large amount" would take 24 hours otherwise it's instant.  this week i am going to be trying out nitrogen sports so we'll see about them.

Check with 5dimes to see if the other sportsbook you have is compatible with them to do the transfer if yes, then i hope they can do it for you.  let me know how everything goes
