i would say this might be a transition period because bitcoin is relatively new. A lot of people don't really know how it works but i'm sure people will start looking into it once they hear how instant the withdrawal process works instead of having to wait 24 hours on up to weeks and weeks at a time to get paid out.
my bookmaker bitcoin withdrawal is taking a little longer because i needed to get approval from the poker department first. Otherwise it usually takes about 3-4 hours sometimes less.
Within the last week i've tried betcloud which has been fast, what i didn't like are the live lines that don't seem to update enough. In fact their live betting system was not working properly and maybe that's why they had to do a system maintenance last night.
I've only placed a few bets so far in nitrogen without cashing out yet but it seems they are also similiar to what betcloud payouts have to offer. But based on what betting options that nitrogen has to offer i'm probably going to focus on them starting next month.
