Massive Balance at 5Dimes...
This goes back a ways-5 Years. But I was at about 40k with these guys. They were fine and I bled it off 3-5k at a time. I would highly suggest the debit card withdrawl. The limits are relatively high and you can get it in cash. The check rout (3k) is fine for a couple small ones as well.
Hope this helps but they have always done right by me.

If you're looking to move that kind of weight out of your account it would be idiotic not to use Bitcoin.

Set up Coinbase or Circle or both. Circle has lower limits (like 5k), but is free. Coinbase has higher limits (like 50k) but is 1%. use Circe and Coinbase to buy or sell your BTC from USD in your bank.
Use something like Blockchain as an intermediary wallet between coinbase or circle and the sports book.
So to deposit: Buy BTC on coinbase or circle. Transfer to Blockchain. Transfer from blockchain to book.
To WD: Transfer from book to blockchain, transfer from blockchain to coinbase or circle, sell your btc, money comes to bank.
You can easily transfer book to book by going from book A to blockchain, then blockchain to book B.
The process of selling BTC is simple - but takes about 3 days to get your money in your bank account. You get the sell price as of the minute you sell, but it takes a couple of days to hit your bank. It is like 3 clicks on either coinbase or circle.
Look - just try it out with like 5 bucks. Literally, set up something and move 5 bucks around. Get the hang of it. Buy 5 bucks, transfer it around, then sell 5 bucks. That alone will tell you the ins and outs and you can see if it is something for you.

You link Coinbase and Circle to your actual bank account. Yes, that bank account with your checking account. It is an EFT or ACH like paying an online bill or a credit card or something.
So there is some setup involved - you will need to verify your bank account with the typical micro deposit amount (which takes a couple of days). Once verified, your bank is where real dollars begin and end.
So when you WD from a book, they buy BTC with your balance, they transfer the BTC to your blockchain account, you transfer the BTC to your CB or Circle wallet, then you sell the BTC to CB or Circle - and the money is in your bank acct in about 3 days.

What is the purpose of using blockchain? Cant I just use coinbase or circle to transfer funds directly to and from my book?

Punch you in the face? Come on. Maybe give you a papercut. Honestly - I love good productive discussion - no matter how many questions it takes.
To answer the last two questions regarding an "intermediary" wallet such as blockchain....
Coinbase and Circle are not gambling friendly - because they deal in dollars and the UIGEA deals in dollars. Coinbase and circle take Americans who pay with dollars, and therefore if you do a lot of transfers directly to and from a gambling site, they can / might ban you.
So if they only see that your transfers are going to another wallet, it is an extra few clicks for you - but added protection. Also - I only use the Coinbase and circle wallets when I intend to buy or sell - my other wallets (such as blockchain or other similar) are used for storage and transfers.
Ask any further questions.

Also - one other tip.
ALWAYS get a new address when sending or receiving.
It is very easy to do, and it protects your anonymity. This one I will let you google - because it applies to all bitcoin transactions (not just gambling related).

No idea about banks and BTC. I would google that one.
You obtain a new address with all wallets every time. This is a bitcoin thing (not specific to sports gambling or anything else). Also google this.
