Today i spoke to a rep at mybookie.ag who basically explained to me that my action was considered "non-recreational". She says that the book is only aiming for recreational players and so i need to equalize the action on my account by betting full game lines.
She said that the past 2 weeks 90% of my action was on props/2h lines and only 10% of my action was on everything else
I basically told her, this was just brought to my attention today and I dont feel comfortable continuing to gamble with them unless i received my payout.
After a lot of back and forth, I was advised that I can either close my account and walk away with my total account balance. Or play by there rules and equalize the action in my account.
I ended the conversation by saying since you do not want my "non-recreational" action I would like to close my account.
She said she would make a note on my account
