The negative side of Betphoenix after you make a deposit with them?

The problem with betphoenix is that when you make a deposit with them your funds have to stay in your account for 10 business banking days and after that you can make a withdrawal as long you didnt receive any bonuses with them.

There site saids 3000 per bet on CBB and when you read there limits it strictly saids 3000 per bet on CBB. They are not following there limit rules I rate betphoenix a C+ and average sportsbook but  not a B+ rating not  a chance. They should honor there limits which they do not.
