I honestly don't understand the big deal. So what if you need to send in another form? They are doing this for your protection to have an updated record. It really doesn't take that long to fill out. Just be glad you don't need to fill out a new form for EACH withdrawal like some sportsbooks file.

it is not that they ask for the paperwork it is that they stahl with it so that they can it outside of the window of free withdrawals... they just did the same thing to me, after enough bitching I got my withdrawal for free anyways but it is annoying to have to go through all of that to get whats fair.

I had a problem requesting a free withdrawal from them but then after the period was over they wanted some new form. But i just called nicely and asked them to reimburse me the withdrawal fee which they did

I drive 15 minutes to meet a local and its straight cash. Forget that offshore BS. The electronic paper trail would be easy for any junior dipshit IRS agent to follow. An intern could follow that trail easily.

Seems most of the bitching is by the $40 bouns players. That's why books like Pinny and 5Dimes give little to no bonus. Also the WWE BS is just that.
Not to worry, I doubt Dimes will offer the lines for it next year.
Client of 5Dimes since they opened thier doors. Never had a problem with them, besides one bounced check which they took care of the same week.
But again, I never chase bonus' and such or wager of fixed outcome events. I will take Pinny and 5dimes over a local any day. Also I had to send in paperwork again last year. Yep....took about 2 minutes of my time.
