Worst Wager Bad Luck Horror Story! Here's mine

Question

I always find it facinating when i hear some bad luck wagers from others as it always seems that if bad luck occurs, it happens to me! But here's one that happened to me back in the late 1990's.

I had $2500 on the Pittsburgh Steelers on MNF. They were getting 3 points and were down by 1 with 15 seconds left and lined up for a 45 yard field goal. If they make it .. i win.. If they miss.. I win.. Can't lose right?

Well, they get the fg blocked and returned for a touchdown and i lost! I forget who Pitt was playing.. but I'll never forget that game!

I got one.... I have Pit playing Mia and all Mia needs is a fg to win they drive the field and get ready to spike the ball to attempt an easy fg kick to win the game... Instead of spiking the ball Marino fakes the spike and throws a Td.... That sucked!!!

It was Jacksonville...as I had the Jaguars.  Still remember that as if it was yesterday even though it was about 10 years ago.
