I had a BAD experience with YouWager.com and just wanted to pass the word. The story is too long, but wanted to get this out there. The customer service was rude and seem like they didn't care at all. I asked them why do they even has a "customer service" department if no one listens or cares. Anyways, stay away from YouWager.com

Agreed, what is the actually problem? It would help us avoid them and pass the word if we knew what was actually wrong.
It was about getting a deposit I sent to them. I finally got the deposit through to them, but it was a mess. We kept going back-n-forth. They were saying the name I put on the Western Union money receipt was wrong so they couldn't receive the money. I know I put the right name, but they were saying they couldn't receive the Western Union money I sent. I think they could receive the money but was telling me they couldn't. After a while, they said they got the finally got the money. But the Customer Service seemed liked they didn't care. They wanted me to do it again. Saying with the name I sent, no one could pick it up. I wasn't falling for that and demanded the name I sent was the correct name. Like I said, I got the deposit in, but it was kinda SHADY.

Here's a little tip regarding Western Union or Monegram deposits to Youwager. If the deposit got returned, just wait a few minutes and resubmit the deposit. More than likely, the youwager deposit department that is processing your deposit did not do it right the first time, so that's why they couldn't receive your deposit. It's not your fault at all, it's youwager deposit department that screwed up. Yes, youwager customer service should've contacted the deposit department to find out what the problem is, but I think they were too lazy to do that.

They aren't perfect but they pay on time.... Very solid book!! And have a nice Gamblers insurance and other perks...

I agree, they call way too often when you are losing money or have not deposited. But when you win they will lower your limits to $10.00 on whatever you do well at.

I opened an acct there a week ago. After they collected my funds service went to garbage. I have had 2 problems with winners on live wagering in 3 days. I had 2 different wagers on 2 different days disappear after they won. Granted they were small bets(25 and 50) but winners all the same. They tried to convince me I didn't accept the wagers. WRONG!!! They pulled a report and said they could see I entered the play but didn't accept it. Funny it only happened on the only 2 hedge plays I have made at this book. Total BS shafting me for such a small amount. Customer service pretty much said too bad and didn't care. I'm cashing out Monday and done here.

Been with Youwager for a long time. Customer service does need work. Western Union or Moneygram deposits can be a hassle but they tell you make sure the name is exactly the way it appears. Also whatever country the deposit is sent to, make sure it is USD or you'll have to change it.. Ive never had an issue getting a MG, WU, or check from this book. They are very trustworthy and solid. Payouts are fast.

The crazy thing with Mg is Youwager will give you the names and you type them in correctly and MG will switch the middle name with the first last name. That's a glitch in Mg system. If you call MG customer service, they will fix it for you. Its best to do the MG online. Once the name is straight, Its done. Just don;t tr to deposit 30 minutes before kick off and you haven't waged, its gone taker at least 10 minutes for them to get it. So every delay, at the time used to fix the problem plus ten minutes. Other than that customer service is great.

Just wanted to share my experience with youwager.eu. I obtained a Moneygram receiver from the online cashier. I sent the money exactly as is required. After the usual 30 minutes the funds hadn't been deposited. I noticed a note associated with the money transfer page that said the transaction had been "Blocked". A second deposit attempt re-entering the reference number again resulted in the same message. There was no attempt to contact me to inform me of the issue or what needed to happen. I contacted Moneygram to check on the status of the transfer and they said the receiver name that I had been given was on a list of people they cannot do business with. That means the book gave me a receiver name that was blacklisted by Moneygram. Moneygram also informed me that I will not be able to use their services any longer--I suspect they knew the purpose of my transfer based on the receiver name. Now any future transfers I do (none of which will be with that book) are going to have to be done in a different name and some of you know how big of a hassle that can be with the frequency of money transfer mistakes on the part of the agent. I could not get a straight answer out of Moneygram but am guessing I have also now lost one reliable payout method for future winnings as they are sticklers on the ID and I will be unable to use my actual name.
To add insult to injury, I could not even get a single apology (let alone a reply) from anyone with youwager.eu (includes Live Chat, cust service, and the new account rep that set me up days earlier). There was never even an offer for any FreePlay, etc. Other books have made much smaller errors (and some that I have made but they apologize for the inconvenience) and have been so quick to throw a $50 FreePlay or something my way--nothing from these guys. Thank God I was only down a few hundred because these guys turned out to be so undeserving of the business.
Same day Moneygram payouts are not a perk if they get your name attached to a book and banned from the money transfer services! STAY AWAY!!! It has been 72 hours and I am no longer hoping for some sort of response from the jerks!!!! I have to appeal via fax with photos of my govt issues ID to try to har the funds returned to me which is now basically giving them all of my info to attach it to offshore gaming. All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I receiver (for those of you who can't deduce that from my rant).
