85 pizzas delivered: $10 tip

I own a sportsbar/Pizza Joint and We Deliver.

Average tip with the stiffs included are around 6 dollars per delivery.

Average 13 to 15 deliveries per driver

Ofcourse they also get paid min wage Here in Cal it is $8.00 per hour.

Why are Americans forced to tip?? Don't they get paid per hour or something??? I just don't get how people who want to eat some food have to donate money to people who put themselves in the position they are in and if they're students so what, A hard graft of a job at a young age is a life lesson why should people tip you for doing your job.

The only exception for a big tip is if there's bad weather or if you have had the same driver deliver you the food over a certain period.

I get your point but don't you think it's wrong that if you don't tip, the workers will spit in your food the next time they deliver to you?? Isn't there something seriously wrong with that?? After all these are people who get paid by the hour regardless if it's minimum wage, They are hardly Nike workers in Indonesia.

Firstly you absolute moron of a man, Not one driver will ever spit in your food, Grow up.

What they will do is take your delivery last if they have another delivery, Even if you ordered first and even if your residence is closer.

Secondly and more important, You dont have to tip a dime, Just dont order for delivery, Drive Your Lazy a$$ over and place your order.

Do not waste the drivers time, wear and tear on their cars.

Delivery as far as you should be concerned is a convenience for YOU.

Average delivery is around 40 to 60 bucks

No Delivery charge is they are withen a 3 mile radius

Average night is 80 to 90 bucks in tips and around 13 to 15 deliverys per driver.
