I live in Massachusetts, and for the past couple of years, I've been going across the Rhode Island border to place my wagers with RI Sportsbook. A couple of weeks ago (May 6) I placed a few small wagers testing out a system for MLB. One of games I wagered on (Pitt/Cinci) was postponed.
Next day I noticed that the funds for that wager were not returned. When I called CS the guy told me it was because the game was "suspended" and since it was possible the game could still be played, their policy states they wait 7 days before returning the funds. It made no sense but I just accepted it - nothing I could do anyway. So, long story short, they've never returned the funds. I've called CS 6 times. The agents have acknowledged they owe me and have "escalated" my issue telling me a manager will have to authorize it, but nothing happens. At this point it's clear they're F'ing with me, so I filed a complaint with the state gaming commission overseers. It's not a large amount but it's more the principle.
I've actually caught them shorting me a couple of times before and got those results adjusted but that, along with this issue makes me not want to giving them my business. It's now feeling like they're giving me the finger knowing they can get away with it.
Anyone have any advice on this?
I do believe I've had enough

First you get a baseball bat......Doesn't Mass. have sports betting? I know Conn. does. There is no way you should bet serious$ with a thief. Was cinn/pit stopped in the middle or was it never started? If it was a rain-out these guys are giving you the f*ck you.

The first guy I spoke to told me the game was marked "suspended" so I took his word for it, all I knew was it was a non-event. But I've looked into it some and haven't seen anything about it being suspended. I think you're right. I'm getting the big Eff-U. Never seen anything like this before with a casino or a bookie...

MP : I wish I had some good advice for you . Maybe you should go to 1 of the 2 Casinos here in Connecticut.
I was driving all the way to Twin River to put in bets with no trouble ,but that place is Shady and Low Class.I smoke bud daily ,but I am discreet about it.
I even smell weed in the elevator there.
I usually play Craps ,but not at Twin River ........I swear there must be foam or something under the green felt because the dice almost always come back to where the shooter throws even if he rolls the dice very softly. Keep us updated on what happens
