A box came up saying “you have won a big big jackpot, please allow for 72 hours for us to check the machine for malfunction and someone will get back to you”. Later that day a representative from CDS contacted me and asked me to send a copy of my drivers license and a utility bill to him. I did that and on 1-2-14 he emailed me back and said their investigation was complete and they would forward a copy of their report to the third party who runs the software and my winnings should be released shortly. I was patient and contacted customer service last night after not hearing anything and they said to recontact you guys in 24 hours. Which I am doing now. Just wondering if you had any update for me?
