I'm so phucking sick of hearing this word.  Are people's vocabularies in this country really that small that everything can be summed up with one lazy word?  Phuck you!  Your breakfast was not not amazing, the movie you saw was not amazing, the story you read was not amazing, the game you watched was not amazing and your phucking drive to work was not amazing.  Find a vocabulary to describe your experiences and express yourself or shut the phuck up.  Everything that happens is not amazing and neither is your fat ass.

Now, me going 6-0 and winning $1,200 this weekend that was phucking amazing!!!  Carry on, gents.

I hate it when people say, "That's a good deal". Because 99% of the time it's just not. Some of my friends and I were hanging out and one of them commented on this pizza deal... it was like $12.99 for a large one topping and a two litre of pop. He thought it was a good deal and I had to inform him that it wasn't. It's just not. I don't care if it's the best pizza worldwide voted by the International Pizza Rating Committee (if that were to exist). Newsflash... if it's a pizza chain, it's not that great of a deal. It costs them about a dollar for the ingredients to that pizza and you're paying $12.99. And you can buy cans of pop for nearly nothing per ounce at Sam's Club, Costco, or BJ's if you choose to drink that shït.

when your friend is speaking in that context, he could very well be referring to the deal compared to other pizza chains current deals or deals hes seen before. you cant say that its a bad deal based on the fact they charge you 13.00 for a pizza that costs like a dollar to make. if they were to set their retail rpize at any sort of ratio relative to their costs, no business would turn a profit. they set their prices based on market factors. you are kind of looking at your friends comments close-minded, which probably annoys them to boot, of course if your addressing your displeasure vocally

 So when can one use the word "amazing"? Should the title of "Amazing grace" be changed to "Damn good Grace"?

 I don't disagree that the word is overused...........it's just not that big of a deal.

 The rampant use of the word "awesome", as mentioned above, does drive me nuts...........seems to be the fav word of moms' describing kids in sports.
