Why is the media on such an anti-cop crusade these days? I suppose it's not much different from the late 60's when they vilified the Armed Forces for their participation in Vietnam. The very people who protect law abiding citizens' freedom are being hung out to dry by the same people who want us to know that Bruce Jenner is a He-She.

Exactly. That's nuts you were at that game Saturday. I have friends coming in town for a wedding this weekend, and were gonna take in Friday nights game. No chance I'm going down there any time soon. stay safe.
Small world.
Yeah. We got out much quicker than most. Crazy stuff. I can understand it from both sides. My guess is it's going to get ugly tonight.
Oh I sure will be. Far away from it.
Hopefully it all goes away, come Friday. Enjoy the game bro.

Until a thug cuts his jugular vein plowing through a store window to steal some Fritos and the cop who tries to help him gets blamed for the death and the riots start all over again.

Burn down the city. I would not give an inch of government help. These people took over a MALL. Are you kidding? Set a perimeter and at least shoot with rubber bullets.
Only in America could this happen.

We should all mark this as a historic day in US history. In the social media, entitlement to all and all-time low in parenting skills-era, this is showing that kids no longer care about authority. Police, parents, teachers, bosses, instructing adults- it's a dangerous time for all, because KIDS DO NOT WANT NOR NEED TO LISTEN TO YOU ALL ANYMORE!
To think that high school kids dropped their books as class was dismissed to begin fire bombing one of the bigger cities in the northeast- and that the police can't do anything about it right now?
Americans don't need to watch the uprisings on TV that happen(ed) in Cairo, Yemen, Libya, just look out the window. No doubt coming to a city near you. All the kids need is a spark to ignite it all. The death of somebody they don't know or care about, any extensive authority applied by police, or any other adult with any kind of power, or any adult restricting kids from bullying, using abusive language towards others, or insubordination (because they feel it infringes on their freedom of speech).
I look at Plum High School here in Pittsburgh. Kids are protesting, refusing to go to school. They are furious that the police had to come in and tell the students to STOP bullying and using aggressive words towards victims (several students) of sexual misconduct by three teachers who had been arrested earlier last week. Kids refuse to learn the TRUE definition of freedom of speech and where and where NOT it applies.
Welcome to the new world, America. We suck. All of us. All our faults. We all gave this generation wayyyy too much entitlement, no parental guidance and free range usage of social media without limiting or restricting heavy usage. We didn't even teach the kids what freedom of speech means, and how not to abuse it. Suck it up.

Listen, I agree that there are several bad eggs within law enforcement and he absolutely does not deserve to be dead BUT you're missing the point from my original message above, don't commit a crime and don't resist arrest and you won't die! Why is it so difficult for you to understand this concept?
Every case we've seen over the past couple years all involve a CRIME with RESISTING ARREST...
This is the most common argument and it's ridiculous.

This is what happens when you let police get away with murder time and time again all across the country. If cops were held accountable for their actions this would never be happening.

Any person black or white who loots a store should be charged with a felony. These jerks are going to burn down their own neighborhoods.
But I assume the (color) want justice. But justice for who? Lets loot and get a new TV. Its disgusting. I would let that neighborhood burn.
In Ferguson they charged a lot of people with felonies in connection with the looting. The newspapers printed their names, mug shots, charges and addresses.

What crimes did Eric Garner and Walter Scott commit?
I guess I have a different definition of "crime" than most of America does. To me, a crime is only legitimate if it fits one or more of the following:
1. One human damages another human.
2. One human damages another humans property.
3. One human prevents another human from living freely (e.g. kidnapping).
