You are not addressing the problem

the late Freddie Gray and his sister had an insurance about exposure to lead paint. It had nothing to do with spinal injury. This was debunked

    again the question is

Does Allen West have access to the late Freddie Gray's medical record ?

The coroner does ! and Allen West is not the coroner in this case

The  Baltimore  Police  have not said anything about previous spinal cord injury.

Gray was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he underwent surgery for three fractured neck vertebrae and a crushed voice box. These injuries were likened to injuries sustained by an elderly person after a car crash. Doctors count “powerful blunt force” and “hyperextension of the neck” among the ways to damage the vertebrae surrounding the spinal cord. [The Baltimore Sun]

I see you are pretty quick to quote the Baltimore Sun when it fits your agenda.

In my post on the Allen West article I said you can't believe everything on the internet.

Online reports are swirling that Freddie Gray had spinal surgery shortly before he died in police custody, and had collected a payout in a settlement from a car accident. Those reports — which raise questions about the injury that led to his death in April 19 — point to Howard County court records as proof.

But court records examined Wednesday by The Baltimore Sun show the case had nothing to do with a car accident or a spine injury. Instead, they are connected to a lawsuit alleging that Gray and his sister were injured by exposure to lead paint.

Paperwork was filed in December allowing Gray and his sister, Fredericka to each collect an $18,000 payment from Peachtree Settlement Funding, records show. In exchange, Peachtree would have received a $108,439 annuity that was scheduled to be paid in $602 monthly installments between 2024 and 2039.

Burning the local CVS is "what happens"?

You realize the african americans of Baltimore & Ferguson are only reinforcing why white people dont trust or like them dont you? They are making the situation worse for the future, not better. A whole new generation will see animals loose in the street with no higher motive than theivery and destruction.

Nothings changed since the 60s to Rodney King to now. Care to take a stab at why? There are more blacks in government and law enforcement...hell, the president is black. So why cant black people "advance" in society as a people. Simply put, their anchor is to big and will always drag them down. Its awfully easy to say its not their fault and point some fingers....Its a lot harder to go to school and put some work boots on.

    Enjoy being naive.

Then listen to the lady in the back at the 2:34 mark.  " You are making money off of exploiting black people."

Some of the comments were hilarious by the protesters.  The black lady who is a state representative kept saying the media and police are inciting people.  And the police should not be there and if they weren't there, there would be no riots and no protests.

It does not matter if the city is run by a black mayor and a black commissioner, the police are protected no matter how wrong and brutal they are. Suspended with pay.. Yeah right . Between 2011 and 2014, City of Baltimore was forced to pay out 6 millions in compensation to victims of police brutality.

100 court judgments  or settlements awarded to victims of police brutality

    https://data.baltimoresun.com/news/police-settlements/

The black mayor and the black police commissioner do not patrol the street nor can they change bad cops cowboys mentality.

Gray was put in leg shackles .. he could not fight.

where is the video footage of the arrest ?

one of the six officers involved in the arrest decided not to provide a statement because it's his " right"

Officers are required to speak with their supervisors about incidents immediately if asked, but what they say is inadmissible in a criminal investigation. The Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights affords officers 10 days to get an attorney, should they seek one, before they speak further.

I could have sworn I was not racist at all but trains post just clicked in some weird kind of way. Reminded me how I used to us ADD as a crutch to get extra study time in my later days of high school/ college instead of just actually doing the assigned work.

I have only read page 4 of this thread so sorry in advance If I'm the first "The Wire" fan who isn't shocked that a mcnulty type cop finally crossed the unspoken line with a drug dealer and accidentally killed him in the process. Seemed likely to happen at some point based on the show. Heck presbo took out an undercover black cop without flinching before he knew what happened

I've been like most people flipping channels and watching all of this coverage and from my view here's what i've seen. i don't think the protesters want to hear anything other than 6 cops go away for life. I think Freddie Gray is inconsequential in all of this. I think most of those people want a race war

And the "powers that be" that run the world are loving this because americans are turning on each other

A lot of this is funny when i hear "Black Lives Matter"  "White Lives Matter" And folks in 2015 america no ones lives matter. To be short and sweet this world and this country and this game of life we live is a fixed game. And its not fixed in our favor. Thats why i try to stay in the sandbox of life. Nothing will change from this. Freddie Gray could've shot himself in that van and the protesters wouldn't care. they just want to burn and destroy and f*CK the consequences

This post/video deserves it's own thread. It's a nineteen minute video but if you have the time you should watch. The guy makes great points and asks great questions.
