So, the obvious question that needs to be asked is, “What is to be gained by the announcement of this raid in which Osama bin Laden was supposedly killed?”

For one thing, this is going to make it extremely difficult for Republicans to beat President Barack Obama in the 2012 elections. Immediately following the raid’s announcement, Obama’s approval rating soared by almost 25 percentage points. And with an extremely weak GOP Presidential field (believe it or not, Republican Congressman Ron Paul actually fares better head-to-head against Obama than any other Republican candidate–but the Powers That Be (PTB) within the propaganda media and the GOP establishment will do everything in their power to prevent Paul from gaining the nomination), the “bin Laden factor” makes Obama almost unbeatable. As Skousen astutely asked, how many terrorists have Gingrich, Palin, or Huckabee killed?

However, the thing that benefits the most from this raid is America’s emerging police state, which is now strategically positioned to take another giant leap forward.

With bin Laden now declared “dead,” the US government will have to find another excuse to continue the “War On Terrorism.” Will US forces now pull out of Afghanistan? Not on your life! Literally! US forces are permanently embedded in the Middle East. They are never coming home. In fact, the US 2nd Marine Division is on alert for an insertion into Libya, and US attacks against Syria are soon to follow.

All the PTB need now is another 9/11-style attack, and the architects that are drawing up plans for America becoming a Gestapo-style police state will be free to launch their evil machinations almost at will. And revenge for the death of bin Laden will be the reason provided to the American public that will convince them to accept this next round of attacks against the Bill of Rights and America’s liberties.

While Americans are rejoicing over the death of Osama bin Laden, they need to be infuriated at the death of America, because that is what this so-called “War on Terror” is accomplishing.

I wanted to add my thoughts on this. Who caused 9/11? I really think it was the Mossad and on the FBI website, OBL is not even a suspect for 9/11.

BTW, I am a Canadian and I do not consider myself a conspiracy theorist however, I've learned, don't believe everything your government tells you.

I feel some sympathy for you Americans. You have no civil rights, liberties, your dollar is losing its purchasing power, unemployment is still rising, your deficit is through the roof ( GL paying that off ).

I also find it comical when just recently Obama introduced a spending cut of like $30 Billion. This is peanuts when you compare it to the projected 2011 budget deficit of around 1.5 Trillion. If you really want to cut your deficit cut your military spending.

Also for the 2012 election, I really hope Ron Paul gets elected. But in my honest opinion the people who own your country will not let this happen.

last week a patient of mine was talking about a family member of his who was a major player in the raid(i refuse to say more because I DONT TRUST MY GOV EITHER). this happened, he was shot as planned.
we have known his whereabouts for many months
we built and planned raids at a mock compound
panetta posed this to obama who waffled like a spotlighted deer and clinton sided with panetta while val jarret wanted obama not to do this.
they went in, they killed him. its 1 billion times easier to have a corpse.

if thats the story....great. it doesn't matter to me if he's dead or alive. the war on terror, the war on drugs is just something we cannot win. when people who's getting kickbacks are the same ones who want to destroy our liberties.

i guess im a truth-er, since its the truth i seek...never thought of a label to describe my opinions/views but i wont believe just any theory from any certain group. if there's enough evidence pointing one way or lack of evidence pointing another way then common sense should be applied. people don't think or care anymore...they are too busy stressed from their everyday lives.

all this is causing more division among the great "United" States of America and the world. As Sun Tzu said, "ALL wars are based on deception."

history has shown us the govt does not have the peoples best interest... we've been fed too much mis-information and frankly it's a waste of our time. unless the people wake up and unite we might as well just lay docile and get slaughtered. our children and grandchildren will have to bear the burden of our greed and destruction. that's if they are not locked up in some concentration camp by then.

If we don't learn from history......we are doomed to repeat it. All great empires rise and fall.
