i came back to bovada not knowing they would discontinue live agents of any kind and now use BOTS and have suspended my
account which is a tried and true practice from these offshore accounts , this book is a sham and scam and should be avoided at all costs just on not proving live ciustomer service is huge red flag .

My ex wife has had her account disabled now since 6/12/2022, Im aware of the issue how the way the situation has been handled by a business with no time frames, isnt right, My issue is simple my ex wife created a Bovada account on 6-10-22 well we have been separate since March she had an extra 400 she wanted to try to use so i told her to sign up a account and had no issues getting a bitcoin deposit to go thru and bets made only to win those bets and have her account disabled as soon as i went to cash out, Come to find out I never changed my address when i left nor did my mother who I knew made a account in Feb to bet the Olympics well my mother lost her 500 dollars and her account was open till my ex wife account got disabled funny how that is no disabling hers bc she didn’t win money, so back to my ex, she sends in selfie ID and Bills to prove address and i sends in documents showing I dont live there and I live with my mother so I sent in utility bill to provide proof of there current address but yet my ex still unable to get anything from bovada now 2 full weeks later, I still have my account active and just recently as Friday received a payout. How is this right? If they feel like she bonus abused bc of me take the bonus out and move forward no reason to hold up the process when everyone else has done there job but BOVADA security team, At this point i feel like shes getting the run around. They have our phone numbers they have our ID and address proof, someone please help bc im tired of hearing how this is my fault when i honestly didn’t know it was an issue nor did i think about changing my address when i moved out.
