They suck s hit. Why the f uck covers had to go f uck everything up I have no f ucking idea. Same garbage as the f ucking useless mobile app that automatically comes up all the time. Just leave the f ucking same base layout on all applications you stupid f ucks.

I won't be around all day to bump up the respective scoreboard-related threads, so if you are reading this thread and it's on page 2, or worse, please bump it up to the first page with a new comment.

I have created threads in each of the active forums -- NBA, NHL and NCAAB -- to direct them to the central thread in the Help Forum in order to help minimize the number of new threads discussing the same issue.

Covers.com have some of the best stats for handicapping of any free sites but the new layout just make it more time-consuming to cap the entire board,ncaab especially. I'm complaining about a frree site ,I know.

What a brilliant concept:  if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

They can try to "improve" the beauty and utility of the format of the past many years for the next 10 years,  and will never match it.  They must have been taking crap lessons from the other sites on the net.

I left due to its non-utility, then checked to find the restoration, so I came back.  Will leave again due to the uselessness of it.  If I find the traditional format restored again,  I will use it again.  Otherwise, won't.  Can't.  Unusable.

I'm not sure how the site managers are failing to comprehend how excellent their traditional site was.

I agree with everybody else. New format sucks. Looks like they are trying to copy ESPN. We come to this sight for facts and data. I could care less what the teams mascot is. In other words, as my boss likes to say, KISS. That being said, I'd say there's a snowballs chance in hell of them changing it back. Some dbag who made the executive decision to change it will never admit to such a blatant error in judgement. Good thing there's other sites out there that do cater to handicappers and bettors and listen to what they want. Goodbye to covers for awhile.

What a bunch of fuddy duddies in here, 'Change...oh no, Not change', I swear some of you are so old school in your thought process, Covers.com plans on upgrading and moving with the times, Don't want to move with them? Stay in 2002 then.

This. I've never felt the need to find a different stat source that includes lineups, but I'm looking now. I don't need effing school logos to help me handicap.

It's about usability. Even this forum is too difficult to read/use. No breaky, no changey.

I would be interested in the upgrade part, however. Many of us seem to be missing it. Perhaps you would be so kind as to point out what we are missing, because I can point out exactly what was so excellent about the previous format. Even were it from 2002 or 1702.

So instead of being able to see up to 20 games at a time, now you can only see 4. How on earth is that an improvement?

another brilliant improvement........going back to scoreboard  brings you always on top not where you were before....call that and other things (logos, over sized game boxes etc....) improvement! in what world? Orwellian maybe

10 games at a glance: spread, totals, w/l record, h/a record, percentage on each side. With one click, if one is still interested: line moves, game analysis with ALL relevant data on a quick scroll. One-screen return to original screen. Scroll to next 10. Were one interested in more details, one would click on a line of data, for example, John Doe is injured, so click to see his contributions/value to team.

As you should be able to tell from all the objections, we are still waiting to be informed of the "improvements" that we are missing on the current layout. I will admit that this is a great look if one is looking to have an excuse to surrender and to do one's selections by flipping a coin.

WOW!!! What do we have on this site, a bunch of old crabby granddads on Thanksgiving? Jesus H. Christ!!!! This is a fukking free site that updates all sports scores by the minute and is basically here for your pleasure......

I for one, like the new format. Lets you see the record, last 10, etc. without having to switch back and forth for one game.

Too many spoiled, privileged, little spoon-fed, pussie crybabies still living with Mom on here if you ask me.......

I can't help but note the manner in which you stay on point with such eloquence. How about this? Lots of sites provide what you appreciate. But this site was the only one that provided so much information in such a concise format. So, yes, those who found that information useful are mourning its loss. And are hoping that rationality might return. We also recognize that that is a longshot.

This site may be free, but it is a business that depends on usage for its income. It seems to me, being on the outside, that this is a poor business decision. But being on the outside doesn't count for much does it? So we will see.

Yes, the site was very exceptional. Now it is very average. I am glad that you are happy with it. It's just not very usable currently.

We are addressing an upgrade here, which is why people and companies usually make changes. I am still waiting to have someone point out an upgrade to me. I am hearing you express an opinion that a Mercedes is not required for your purposes, so you would prefer to drive a Yugo. That's fine by me, but nevertheless a Mercedes is a finer product.

And how nice of them to change the format right in the middle of one of the busiest times for college basketball. You used to be able to navigate a huge slate of games in a reasonable amount of time. Now it's so large and messy that it's not even worth the time to do it. Would love to get an explanation for the change from a Covers-Team member. I could use a good laugh.

If all your using is the record and the last 10 to research and handicap games then that explains why you like the new format. You're an amateur and a square. More experienced bettors prefer data, simplicity and ease of use. Or maybe you just bet like a byatch and pick the team with your favorite colors or cutest mascot. New format is right up your alley noob.
