And this one is from all the old guys at the country clubs growing up. You would walk in and get greeted, hey "Pards" and pards is a term for anyone. In the cardroom or out on the course. As a kid is was annoying. But as we got older it was kinda funny.

I use bro alot. No one seems to ever say to not call them that. My grandfather used to call everyone 'mac'.

"Kid", "Son" are usually used when someone is feeling insecure and want to try to puff themselves up...


I used to work with this guy that used to say "Boy.. Howdy" in southern accent when he was communicating that he was really agreeing with you...  I kinda liked that although I would not use that myself...
