For the last few months now, I’ve been dealing with ED. At first I didn’t really think it was a big deal but it has really progressed. I went to my PCP the other day hoping for a referral to a Urologist instead the Dr ordered a blood work up. Turns out I have high cholesterol and high LDL. He proceeds to send me for a stress test which came back negative for ischemia. He tells me it’s probably psychological and has prescribed me the blue pill. I feel that it isn’t psychological. I’ve read that most cases are physical and that ED is “the canary in the coal mine” for future heart disease. I’m 44. Apparently someone my age is at a very high risk according to everything I’ve read when it comes to heart issues down the road. I’m a little worried, I’m not gonna front. Comments and suggestions would be appreciated.
Do research on YouTube. Diet and exercise is big.
A high carb diet is bad for your heart and veins. High carbs cause inflammation.
Eat plenty of healthy fats like avocados and nuts, sardines, salmon in the can is excellent.
Drink only 100% grass fed milk if you drink milk. Drink the whole milk for coffee .
Papaya is very good fruit as low in sugar.
Blueberries are excellent, strawberries again buy organic or wild berries.
Almonds, walnuts, cashews I get organics.
Dark chocolate high in cocoa. 90% or better.
Try getting rid of all bad cemical preservatives.
Keep in mind eating healthy may reguire you to adjust to eating different foods, it may take getting used to this. If you dont really like the taste you have to wat it. You can aguire the taste, I did. Or add some healthy salad dressings or different sauces or spices.
buy primal kitchen or swaggs salad dressings. There are others that are cemically free with no bad ingredients, do your homework.
but only simply organic spices. That brand has the lowest bad ingredients that are presnt in nature.
you will pay more but to me well worth it.
And depending on your job you need to exercise some every day. Try walking after evening meal. This helps with digestion and keeping inflammation down as you burn carbs and/or sugars. Carbs turn to sugar once digested.
If you don't have physical job then exercise more.
I did this and my health improved quite a bit.
