So you have 100% proof and evidence the plane wont crash?

I am sorry Biscuit, but you don't have any evidence, you have faith and trust that the airline will continue its good record.

You don't know for a fact the pilot wont make an error, have a heart attack, one of the mechanics makes a fatal mistake, a couple of birds wont hit the engines etc etc

You draw from evidences around you , however, you don't know for a fact it wont crash.

God did not begin to exist, He is eternal in the past. The definition is "everything that begins to exist has a cause"

space, time and matter began to exist, including the point of singularity from which the space, time continuam began to from.

This is a big problem for Atheists, so much so they posit a multiverse (which we have no evidence for). Atheists in the past used to believe in an eternal universe, simply because they know the problems a beginning of a universe creates for atheism.

Plane B has a 60% safety record.

You are deciding which plane to fly in. It requires less faith to fly in Plane A than Plane B. You come to this conclusion simply by looking at the evidences of both planes.

Nevertheless, if you choose to fly in Plane A, you still require faith as you do not know for certain 100% evidence that plane A will not crash.

If you think you know for a fact that plane A will not crash, then you are lying, NO ONE KNOWS THE FUTURE. to say you do is a  plain lie.

We apply the same methodology to our every day life.

We are on a gambling forum, when you place a bet on the Atlanta Hawks to beat a team, you do not know for a fact 100% proof that the team will come out with energy, motivation etc etc. You have faith that they will come out with energy etc etc, so much so, that you put your hard earned on them. If you didn't have faith in them, you wouldn't put $$ on them.

Everyday in our lives, we exercise faith, not blind faith, but faith based on deductive reasoning from the evidences around us.

Here is another example. Science has shown that the universe began to exist, space, time and matter began to exist. This is the evidence we have. What deductive reasoning can we draw from this? Space, time and energy created itself out of nothing for nothing, by nothing? Nothing in our everyday life and reasoning shows us that nothing can produce something, let alone a universe, yet atheists believe this. Their is no other alternative for atheists, They realise this and hide behind "I don't know", simply because they realise how ridiculous believing that something can come from nothing sounds.

This site is full of people who put there faith daily in professional athletes turning up and playing well....No one knows who is gonna win for a fact on any given night
