It feels like your skins is coming off.....you get paranoid (it was the flying monkeys from Wizard of Oz that were coming to get me). Then you get hungry, eat some bad food, and go to sleep.
That's been my experience anyway. Carry on.
Mine too with the exception of the skin falling off feeling. However, I do experience long periods of unproductiveness.
