So who you like this Thursday between Coppell and Denton Guyer?  Coppell is favored by 4.5.

Don't know much about either team except that they played a common opponent earlier in the season and both of them beat that opponent.

Coppell is 4-0, Guyer is 3-1.  I see it as a toss up, can go anyway...Carroll is the team to beat in that division (as usual).

I'll take the points and hope for a tight game.

FYI -  UTEP is playin Houston Thursday night on ESPN (I think) - spread is hovering around 15/16. Personally I don't know why it isn't higher with Keenam running the offense for Houston. UTEP has a couple of people banged up though they did play tough against South Florida last week on the road (lost 52 to 24 but covered the spread which was 29). Even though i love my Miners, I can't see them hanging with Houston's high powered offense for the whole game.

+26 and they win the game outright

The guy was unassuming and if you ask me, hardly an attention person.  Really, truly, just trying to provide some info. to help folks out.  He didn't say he had INSIDE info....or that the fix was in....just that the line was off in his opinion and he was right on.

I just hope he doesn't succumb to the pressure from others to keep making picks on stuff like this.  These opportunities come up once in a while and he nailed it.  Give him his props and leave him alone.  I'm sure he'd post again if he ran into a game he really liked.
