Goose is ok. Checked himself out of the hospital and into a different hospital....

Someone get a hold of Ricky aka search warrant... His friend needs some heavy lifting...

Meanwhile they have him on vancomycin and a bedryl drip his on the mend...

Personal note...

You put your hands on my sick elderly friend... Go run.... Leave cause the care needs to improve and someone's gotta lose their teeth for this.....

And seriously the facts...

Three goons roughed up an elderly man cause some wanna be Dr from India felt he was being rude.....

Well ... A tune up too much... I feel a tune up is mild to what we should do....

I've been hospitalized in the past with cellulitis, and they had me on an IV with vancomycin...it's no joke and it really works! Thanks for all the updates on Goose that you provide here

Tomorrow they are taking his baby toe and a lot of skin underneath all the way back to his heal. this is a procedure to save his leg otherwise it is going to come off below the knee to stave off really bad infection. He has wrapped his head around this and is positive going forward. A couple prayers could be in order.

48 hrs after the procedure he is in good spirits. Sent me some pics and good god it's like they butterflied the bottom of his foot to get at everything. now missing his baby toe and metatarsal bone it was connected to. it looks like he stepped on a landmine!! The nurse taking pics should be up for an award!!

Spoke with goose. He doing better, he sounded good and in good spirits, they have a mini vacuum attached to his foot to drain the infection. 

Sure he looking forward to the super bowl and states he be in rehab a while before he returns home.

Close to his wife and son.

Feeling a little better.

Spoke with the Goose last night and he seems to be doing his rehab and just wanted me to let the boys know he is battling. He seemed more concerned about my Red Wings poor play after a dismal 2 day in Ottawa stint than I was. He lamented about his Red Sox for the upcoming season which I laughed at. Kind of early I thought, LOL. Everyone have a great day!!

Just got off the phone with G.Goose and happy to report he is getting out Monday Morning. He will finish his rehab at home and he is happy for the good news. He has March Madness to keep him occupied this weekend. Johnny out!
