El Chapo has a driver's license issued by the state of California ..he used it with a couple corvettes he was given as pay-offs awhile back . He could literally drive up to the Trump Tower in New York and whack him..
If he were stopped along the way ..all police would do is give him a immigration court date to appear somewhere in the United States in 3/4 months and let him go on his way...
Trump will now get Secret Service protection ..
