Thats where it should end. If you are true to yourself, you would and should be quick to point this out then probably attack him for making such comments re, him being at odds with the teachings of Christianity. Your title shows some sort of twisting as if he is a spokesman for God.

'dirt has always been one of my favorite posters, but with his recent (last 7-9 months) proliferation of anti-christian (and for the record,anti-Southern) themed threads, his lustre has worn thin with me.

 As a man of God I could care less what anyone else believes and would never try to belittle other's values because they differ from my own. Conversely it seems as if those who lack faith are obsessed with degrading those of us who believe.

 I'm comfortable enough with my religious views that I don't feel the need to bash others that may have differing agendas. But for some reason most non-believers have a compulsion to attack christians in order to help fill the void in their souls that obviously comes with their lack of faith.

again, nothing at all against christianity here or religious people who just go about your business.  this thread, and pretty much all of them, are criticizing people who use religion for political gain and to denigrate another group or just say really stupid shit in the name of religion.  i suspect you guys don't like your religion and God used that way.  if so, then i speak for you.
