Geez, brutal heartless responses. Sounds like she's in some danger.

Take her to the courthouse umg and file a restraining order. (judge will hear the circumstances in about 2 hours hallway time and grant it). She's reaching out for some help from you and women are not real good at handling this.

Give her good advice (I would be surprised if she took it....I've dated my fair share of gals who didn't have it together.....most likely anything you say or do won't make a difference.....in the end, the ball is in their court).  

No need to be an ass, but she is the one who has to decide what is best for her.  The less you get involved, the better off you will be.  But there is no harm in telling her what you think.

I'm just going to make sure all things are in order for her legally in this situation but in no way will I get too involved .. less to gain and more to lose .. her problem in life is a troubled family structure .. some her own doing ... but I helped her 5 years ago get what was rightfully hers .. an inheritance from her grandfather ...she offered to pay me ..she does mean well. ..most of the time .
