three 6 mafia got famous by saying the same words over and over again in their songs. pretty annoying that theese guys make so much money, but if morons want to work hard all day to waste their money making some untallented douche rich,  hey,  by all means its the American way.

I might be too old fashioned, but those guys made hip hop, now it is just a perversion of what it once was.
 
tallented acts got the boot or swept under the rug cause they didnt rap about bling, and steal songs from the 70's and 80's to get rich.  guess what if the song was popular in the 70's or 80's and you re-release it with a little bling and masogony its going to sell.

I actually like Jeezy's music and about half the current rappers.
 
Not sure about this Lil Wayne dude though.  He's a little bizarre but this T-Pain is growing on me.
 
You do realize that they are pulling beats from old school classics and just jazzing them up a bit.

Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint were 100% classics, no argument.

Black Album, Kingdom Come and Vol. 2 were a small notch below.

He's really only made 2 QUESTIONABLE albums. The guy is the best to do it IMO.

I agree most of current rap is pretty bad now, but it depends on who you listen to. I'm not really into the whole dance generation rap that's "popular" now.
