Rizzo and Lou ... that was back when this forum had some character, as well as some characters.

Nowadays, it is overrun with limp-wristed wussies running to the Help forum because someone offended them on an anonymous internet forum

I remember laughing my arse off on a daily basis ....

Spitting coffee and or beer on the Screen at least 2-3 times per week  ....

Now it's run like a public library or Church rectory .... NO swearing , No Links , No avatars , Make sure no snowflakes get offended 





Now it's 85%+ children who are out to show the world they are the Best 20K a game bettor in history ....

Why don't the mods chime in here with a comment of if the unique visitor count is up or down in 5 years?


I think it's a three-pronged question:

The top is the first prong and the second may be that twitter/facebook/reddit other platforms take away from message boards so the board itself if deader.


The third could be because there aren't that many good cappers, or more importantly, ones that want to contribute to a free board.

The forums are just a small part of the of the traffic and the new Covers overlords don't care that much about it other than making sure it is PC.

They still get a ton of traffic from people just looking at the stats etc. to grab that ad revenue.

I remember the Caption the Photo Contest!

I think I won one once (say that three times fast) where they had an old 50s photo of two girls in a bumper car colliding with a bumper car with a bear driving

Then, for some reason, they started putting up pictures that were all political (Bush photo, Clinton photo, some Rep/Dem......sheesh) and then got upset when people went political.......

Nothing Wrong with Babe Of The Day. Like weren't going to put a number on the photo anyway........

Cursing? Well, small words for small minds, my old man used to say. I got boxed for putting a "G" in Favre's name once....

I think they should make it a rule that you HAVE to have an avatar. Is that so difficult? MIGHT cut down on spamming if there's a certain filter that could be used........

The site in general is more dead than in years past, but the Help forum is buzzing with traffic, albeit as a result of one whinny little b!tch's attempt to rid the site of anyone whom he doesn't approve of.

In the old days everyone understood that being a tattle-tale was the act of a sac-less coward. The imbecile to whom I am referring considers his constant running to the Help forum as some sort of benefit to the site.

One reason that so many posters have left this site, or been banned, is because of so called 'men' with bleeding vagina's, like the tool I am referencing.

I mess the good old days
