Didn't Katy Perry get #1 last year or the year before? That tells it all right there. I mean, I looked at the pictures for #100 and I'm sure she's more attractive than 50% of the girls in front of her.

Cameron Diaz, Taylor Swift and Anne Hathaway are overrated imo.
Spears used to be worth of a top spot but not anymore. She deserves to be on this list, though.
Emmanuelle Chriqui deserves to be much higher on this list.
Where did Amanda Bynes come from? She hasn't done anything in years. I like her but it's been a while.
Kate Middleton and Lindsey Lohan are ranked higher than they should be, but I agree with them on this list. But with everything going on...they get bumped a bit more.
I absolutely love Kim Kardashian and I think she should be lower but that's bias on my part.
Agree that Vanessa Hudgens should be lower too. As should Minka Kelly.
