Need Covers advice: My friend may lose his job by eating just a few bites of a POT brownie.

When will people learn.  Being honest only gets you fuck.  I wouldnt of said anything to my boss.  People get false positive for many reasons.  They dont just up and fire you based on one test. 

Now if it comes back positive you can explain what happen or better yet ask for another drug test because you think the one they have is wrong.  I dont know how long THC stays in you but it cant be that long not when you say he only took a few bites.

If the bar bimbo is a pot head why would she waste her time in making pot brownies and offer it to strangers. She must make dam good money to buy pot and not smoke it.

I do find the odd that your friend is hit with a drug test at work on that Monday.

Was he the only employee tested?

   I just got an update from my friend regarding his drug test.  The acceptable limit on the test was 0.55 and he tested 0.85. Thus, he will LOSE his job due to this.  Obviously, for insurance purposes, his company had little to no reason to keep him.  But the bar that started this whole fiasco will be sued if he thinks he has a case against them. 

My friend will be talking to a lawyer friend of mine tomorrow to see if he has a case.  It is unlikely he can get his job back, but the bar needs to pay for this negligence IMO.  He was NEVER informed beforehand what he was eating till it was too late.  And IMO, the company knew she was a pothead that was giving it to unsuspecting customers.

And yes, as soon as my friend found out, he became very upset that he could possibly get drug tested at work, even though he knew the chances were small.  Well that 1% chance that became a reality has opened up a whole can of worms.

Damn Wiz, that sucks for your friend. I live in Kentucky and was actually in a bar about 2 weeks ago and a waitress brought out a plate full of desserts like brownies, cookies etc. Must be a Kentucky thing.  Best of luck to your friend though. That would be a bullshit way to lose your job.

People that make concentrates such as hash, hash oil, butter etc. generally are growers or know/help a grower... All the extra stuff is used... All the trimmings, garbage buds that are at the bottom of plant, any kind of shake to make these...                               

You dont typically see someone spend $300 on an oz. and just grind it up and start making butter... You do see people buying mexi buds for $40 and doing it though...

My friend would take niacin back in the day... He would obviously take like triple the reccommended dosage and get all itchy, sweaty, and break out in hive like rash looking red spots... He would get paranoid and we would laugh at him... I cant remember if it acutally worked or not, he wouldnt give himself much time before the test to start the process... It was for probation and they wouldnt violate him or send him to jail for weed (he was a minor at the time), it just seemed like they just kept him on longer, must have been on it for 10 years...
