This one one neighbor lady has been pushing the envelope.

Planting Rose bushes into my property line which I thought were illegal but didn't want to cause any problems.

Turns out she is about eight feet into my property line.

Fence going up next week and she is NOT going to be happy about this.

Hey, you fukk with the Bull and you get the Horns.

8 feet. Wow buddy. 
Start easy with a polite visit. "I like roses but I also had plans to plant on the MY fence line on MY PROPERTY as well." 

Gauge. reaction first. If unpleasant and combative then proceed back to your home, establish peak vantage point with Remington 308 w/ mounted Nikon optics.

She effectively stole property from you because now you don't really have access to the property on the other side.

Who plants stuff before finding out property lines?  

Or worse, maybe she knew

Low class white trash with money probably. Women are notorious for ignoring most rules. Long as it makes them happy. 
Just spray the fukin things with bleach.

I agree, Roses bushes with the thorns is like building a wall and stealing property.   It's an interesting choice of plant for that specific location. 

I think it would be cool for goose to build the fence and in essence reclaim his property but also take her rose bushes and deny her access.  Maybe she can still water them through the fence if she wants lol.


We gotta get an update on how this comes out

So am I a sexist if I agree with you that women often do exactly that?

And am I a racist if I say that in my experince poor black people look to milk everything they can out of the system and govt, but they are not as smart as the white trash that know how to do that but like in the case of white trash like this, they know how to milk and take everything they can out of you.

You are right to not let that garbage fly. If you do, it can be interpreted as a waiver of your property rights. That could potentially reduce your lot size by the rose bushes' square footage when you want to sell your home.

Had a neighbor that planted trees  right ON the property line then mowed the grass 8ft on my side.Talked with him and he said I didn't know the line.I buried a 2ft steel rod 4 ft on my side with about 5inches above ground,did 3 of them.I think he broke a blade on his rideing lawnmower but he knows where my propperty is.
You got to Talk to this dingbat first then follow your conscience.

Yeah, this is the way we solve problems. Revenge without diplomacy first. It's funny how you don't even know your neighbor. Very sad and very telling of what kind of person you are.

How well do you know her and why didn't you stop her when she started planting. You say you didn't cause any problems. So who lit the fire under your a*s, your wife? Your looking like the a-hole here. Why not ask her to re-plant them. I can't understand why you want to spend the money on a fence for this? Like I said you should have stepped in when she started planting. If it was me I would help her re-plant them in exchange for having fresh roses in your house.

This sounds like a case for Judge Judy

 But seriously now Goose, try talking to her first and try to reach a peaceful settlement, maybe she doesn't realize she's impeding on to your property. Having a lasting feud with neighbors is not a good thing so I hope you find a reasonable solution. If talking to her doesn't help then by all means do what you gotta do, just don't step over any legal boundries.

Poor gas on the roots.... !!!   No more worries.. Rose bushes are a pain in the behind... My ole lady planted one and it seemed like it never went away.. I did it all but finally gas did the job...

Nobody in the neighborhood likes this woman.  She is very petty.  She called the Police because my Rottweiler chased a squirrel into her yard.  I called him back and he came back to me right away.  She could have telephoned me or knocked on my door.  Instead she calls the Police?

I don't give people like that any second chances.  Pouring gasoline on roses and other pranks are childish.  Got enough going on in my life.  To waste time thinking about revenge is not good for the soul.  I believe it's best left for Karma to decide this woman's fate.

I'll get to the bottom of this.  Getting the property surveyed and putting up a fence.  Simple as that.

Not anymore childish than planting on your property.. You have two options.. Tell her to take it out or you take it out yourself.. Police are not going to do anything..They may make her take it down but she doesn't have to physically remove it her self..  You may could make her pay to have it removed but you have to kill a rose bush before removing it.. I found out the hard way.. Thorns will eat you alive.. At least if it's dead it will not grow anymore.. It's not easy .. Especially if it has some size to it..  Best thing to do it burn it.. Bags don't work..  I finally just torched and removed it..

The fence will also keep Rottweiler from running into her yard. Helps both parties.   
Kidding GG. Hope you can resolve it without a fence.  But it won't happen in Belize. 
Also, I bet she would get upset if you shot the squirrels to keep them away from both of your attics too. Some people just hard to please.
