has anyone played with the ball that supposedly flies straight all the time?
All you guys that slice need to learn one thing....The swing is a rolling motion where the club is parallel with the ground.....most likely the reason you slice is because your club face is open on the backswing and as you come through the ball....at impact rollyour right hand over your left (if you are right handed) and that should help straighten it out....
I'll give you something I learned from Paul Stankowski back in the day when I played with him in high school....practice hitting a beach ball around...this will do many things.....one, it allows you to swing the club and make contact and will not travel as far as a regular golf ball (obviously) so there is no shagging....two, each time you hit the ball it provides resistance at impact wherein it strengthens the muscles in your wrist...lastly, it allows you to swing freely and play with the mechanics of your swing....
When addressing the ball and gripping the club just before swinging, let go of the club and let your hands freely swing...when you drop the club your hands should not swing out or in, but should just dangle...if they are not your stance is either too close or to far away from the ball.....next, swing your hands back about waist high or where the clubis parallel to the ground on your backswing...your hands should be in a position where it would appear you could shake hands with someone...if they are not then you are doomed from the start...very few can get back to impact if they are too far inside or are looping out to in....your hands, in the shaking hands position, should be the same on your follow through at waist high just like on your backswing...practice rolling your hands from waist high on your backswing to the same on your follow through....do this without a club to get the motion down....once you have it down pickup a club at hit that beach ball about a zillion times....you will never slice again.....

I drill that puppy like Joey Votto because it's the only fun part of the game. Brand of ball makes no difference - ball lands either 20 yards from the green or 2 fairway over slice.
Range balls off the tee.

Right wrist is not "bent" but it's "hinged"........ power move.
Nice!!

The wrists and hands should not really do too much............ they are CRUCIAL but there is not serious impact going. Are you swinging through it?
Impact is normally on the left knee.

Most people can't figure out the wrist tho......... they HAVE to hinge in order to swing.
Most people don't hinge enough but more importantly.......... have to turn through it.
