One could also argue that Republicans in THOSE States make more money, have more education, and could very well test higher. While the MAJORITY which would be Democrats aren't smarter, and make less money. And please adjust the cost of living in NYC and Kansas please. My friends 400 sq ft apartment cost her more than my 3100 sq ft home which has central heat and air.

You think the numbers will flip if you add the income from Virginia to the red side?
You're hurting your states averages.
Actually, what I am saying is you can't call a state conservative or liberal because they voted for one president or another. I was hoping you would be smart enough to infer that this may apply to other states other than Virginia. But yes, adding in a state that has a income averaging over 55,000 cant hurt.
Also you said that the red states had an average income of 34,202. You have obviously changed the numbers to benefit your arguement considering that the state that had the lowest average income in 2008 was mississippi. They averaged $37,000+ in that year, or $3,000 more than you are claiming the average to be. This makes it mathematically impossible for you numbers to be right. Whats up?

Cheney and Bush wrecked this country so much that I don't know if this country will ever be the same. Obama or Romney, I don't think it really matters which one is in. I can assure you that they are out for themselves and not for you.

The information I got was coming from here. 2007 income per capita.
You don't know what states are conservative or liberal? I thought that was common sense for the most part. There's about five of them that are close ... the rest are easy to call.
Up to date ...
America's Poorest States
1. Mississippi (red)
2. West Virginia (red)
3. Arkansas (red)
4. Kentucky (red)
5. Alabama (red)
Americas Richest States
1. Maryland (blue)
2. Alaska (red)
3. New Jersey (blue)
4. Connecticut (blue)
5. Massachusetts (blue)

1. Mississippi (blue) Has had 55 democrat and 5 republican governors. I'd say thats blue
2. West Virginia (blue) Is ranked as one of the most democratic states in the US. They are 2-1 democrat to republican. They have had only two republican governors since 1930. The democrats have held a majority in both the house and senate since 1930. Id say that is dark blue.
3. Arkansas (blue) Has had three republican governors since 1874. They have had 48 democratic governors, and only 7 republicans. They have voted for a democratic president 33 times, and republicans 8 times. I'd call that blue
4. Kentucky (blue) Has voted in 35 democratic governors to 8 republicans. Presidential elections are always hard fought in Ky, but democrats still hold a strong edge here historically. Blue
5. Alabama- (blue) 52 democratic governors to 6 republicans. Although democrats have dominated historically, republicans have dominated recently. We'll call Bama light blue.
I'll just stop there. It's obvious you are just making shit up at this point. Reminds me of some other BS artist I know. No wonder you are voting for him again. Moron.

Massachusetts Governors since 1858 ...
33 Republican
17 Democrat
I guess Massachusetts is a red state?

Someone has been watching a little too much msnbc...
1) We did have an attack on our own soil. Our consulate in Libya is OUR soil... But we can just blame that on YouTube video.
2) The stock market is up because Ben Bernanke and the federal reserve keep cutting interest rates. Nothing to do with Obama...
3) There are still troops in Iraq. They all didn't leave. Many of them are still there training Iraqi police forces on counter-terrorism.
4) Obama made the call to take out Osama bin laden, but without bush's enhanced interrogation tactics (which Obama was against) they would have never gotten the intel to get him. Tough call by the president but I sure wish he'd stop spiking that football...

If any of you think either of your candidates will do anything other than lead us down the path of destruction then you are idiots. The constant partisan bickering is absolutely pointless.

The last I read the war in Iraq and Afghanistan combined cost the U.S. somewhere around 1.5 Trillion.
I have no problem with the President having Trillions of dollars spent that are unaccounted for, IF it benefits the nation as a whole. So far, I have not seen what this benefit is. We are talking 5 Trillion Dollars.
that money basically is going to "welfare". all those lazy fuckers that dont want to work have it made these days. Socialism will bankrupt the US and it will fall into line with all the other countries. The rich will always stay rich and the division will become wider as the middle class is destroyed.
