Do you even know the definition of a deadbeat is? Are you that ignorant? How the F do you bet on sports if you don't even know the definition of a deadbeat? Im going to answer you very seriously. The reason good books dont cut you off is simple - good books actually want some winners. Pinnacle has never kicked out a winner EVER - their reasoning is that through better ranked players they can shade their lines so that they give out a better line to everyone else. So its almost paying the better ranked players a salary to let them know what lines are soft, in order to not get killed by the masses.
I have been cut off at several books - but not books worth playing at. Matchbook will never cut anyone off because the exchange style isnt hurt at all by winners, and pinnacle wont either.
Anyone can tell you that recreational books will cut you off or make your limits ridiculous if you continuously beat them, but there is a list of about 10 books that wont cut anyone off.
