Oh yeah I guess you like your tax dollars paying for that as well.
Saying I want Sandusky to suffer the same way he made those children suffer means I like my tax dollars to pay for little boys to be raped by pedophiles?
What the fuck is wrong with you?

Children are beaten, neglegted, abused and molested every day in this country. Penn State has now officially given those children the attention they hopefully will receive.
Where was everybody when the little 2 year old baby girl was raped at Disney in Orlando? Takes college fucking football to gather the attention and concern from our country for the thousands that don't have any voice. C'mon now...think about it.

No, but your paying for it anyways in court and administration costs alone. It seems like a bad use of money to me. And in the end you want to punish the rapist with more rape it seems like a bad idea. Well maybe I am missing something in your logic.
I mean this seems like a 100 percent guilty case so I say get rid of them by any means necessary. I mean how many lifes has he ruined ?

“No, but your paying for it anyways in court and administration costs alone. It seems like a bad use of money to me.”
It costs more to legally put someone to death than it does to keep them in prison for the rest of their life.Especially when you are talking about the high profile case of a 67 year old.
“And in the end you want to punish the rapist with more rape it seems like a bad idea. Well maybe I am missing something in your logic.”
Eye for an eye.Tooth for a tooth.Let the punishment fit the crime. Etc.
“I mean this seems like a 100 percent guilty case so I say get rid of them by any means necessary. I mean how many lifes has he ruined ?”
Because he has ruined so many lives is exactly why you DON’T allow him the easy way out.

Since what this waste of human flesh did can't be undone, I'd like to prevent the next wast of human flesh from doing this by making it a death penalty to molest children.
Now the sick fuck knows that if he has these types of urges, he better seek treatment or he'll be executed. I think this would serve as a good deterrent. I would think these defects of society would turn themselves into institutions voluntarily at least of them which would save some children this horrific abuse.

This one here I totally disagree with you but it is what it is. The system is setup to feed this kind of thinking. And that is why these things keep happening.

I totally think they just need to exterminate these types of people, what kind of trash does this in the first place ?
Thanks for the input brother.

Are we rewritting the judicial process now for child molesters? If the discussion is going to move in the right direction then parole is the issue. Death penalty will never pass any legislation.
Murder one is reserved. Waste of serious tax money by a long shot across the board. System is is fine. Child molesters arrive in state prison as trophies anyway. 2-4 months and they are dead.

You are free to disagree with it, but that is a straight up fact.

Personally I believe the majority of people that are serial killers, serial rapists, serial child sexual abusers, etc. rarely think about the consequences of their actions (at least not enough to make them stop) so they can’t be deterred by possible punishment.

Again, I disagree.I think that allows him the easy way out and, IMO, a monster like him should not be afforded such luxuries.
Once he is found guilty I think the victims should be able to decide his punishment.

It might be because it’s 3:30 AM, but I don’t follow.
These pedophiles always use the same tired excuses, I was molested as a kid my dog got ran over my dad beat me etc. It seems like people would rather keep them around and use them for profit. Lawyers, ratings commercials etc. maybe I am being too judgemental, If you want to get rid of them get of them you know what I'm getting at ?

I have never heard the argument made that people that would rather a sick fuck NOT take the easy way out feel that way because they want to use them to profit off of “ratings” and “commercials.”
Probably because it sounds so fucking ridiculous.

what would our world be like if all fathers thought like me and were armed well. a heck of a lot safer and more polite. obviously those who assume guilt of a perv ....act on and kill....and the perv was innocent are murderers as dj alluded. but a proof positive perv......in my world its dirty harry time
the world has a sickness and i have the cure.
society likes to hide behind its pretenses of a civilized trial. well civilized societies are infected with more than they can handle and our system is failing us over and over.
obviously those opposed to my theories on vigilante justice scoff at such things and present logical arguments as to why we should behave in a certain way. i disagree and im out here.....watching over things i love more than life itself and common moral convention as well.
Well....how is this a case of a proof positive perv?
Would it be impossible for numeous people to have lied? There have been thousands of alleged molestation cases where multiple allegations were made by different children who 'piggybacked' on the other claims. What if the assistant coach heard about the allegation and threatened extortion or he would say he saw something? Could that explain why he didn't want to go to the police? What if he wanted him to get fired?
Do I think any of the above is true? No I do not. I think he's guilty. But there have been lots of innocent people accused under such circumstances. The moral of the story is that it is very hard to be 'proof positive' and when we talk about taking someone's life, I think that is necessary to be said 'proof positive.'

Well said sir.
However, if my son came to me crying AND then the story blew up like this AND i read the grand jury report ....
But .... I like the process that we have.
Parade him around. Take away his shoelaces. Guilty. Go to jail. OOps. The inmates got him.

I agree that many false accusations have been made, and many innocent people put through hell as a result...
As I posted in another thread- one of the things that bothers me most about this particular set of circumstances is that I have yet to hear a denial... Everyone involved (that has opined) basically says yeah....we should have done more... We told those directly above us...
I'm still trying to get a grasp on the magnitude of this- I think this is bigger than we know to date...
I'm curious, however, as to the law as it related to the individuals involved...
Which laws were broken, and by whom?
It offends at the highest level in a moral/ethical sense- but at what level is the inaction illegal?

Good to 'see' you DSN.
Sandusky has denied it. Others have just kept their mouths shut, as they probably should (and sadly did).
The only potential laws broken are those that may have violated the 'so-called' good samaritan laws for failure to report the commission of a crime.
I think this goes way deeper though. There was clearly a cover-up. The guy was a hot commodity, left his job, and was never hired by anyone else. Clearly, people knew, and yet, he was still getting access to kids.
Let's not forget the DA that investigated the matter disappeared and there are rumors of big name donors having access to these kids as well.
I'm afraid we are mearly on the tip of a very evil iceberg.

Because Sandusky is so respected, as a man and as the dean of Linebacker U, there's the impression that it's just fine with him that he has never been a head coach. It's not. "I wouldn't call it devastating," says Sandusky, choosing his words carefully, "but I would call it a little disappointing. That was definitely a goal of mine when I started. If I hadn't had the other part of my life—my family and the Second Mile—I would've been a head coach."
