I have to say, though, as much as we would like to have people admit to their failings in this matter, there are serious legal consequences, both criminal and civil, for doing so.
I also really think, and maybe it is from hanging with KOAJ too long
, that this is only the tip of the iceberg. The original DA who investigated completely disappeared and someone went through his computer. There are also rumors of pimping children out. 
I've already sentenced him to his punishment.

Putting him in jail where he will be anally raped is no good either because he'll probably like it.
so here's what should happen:
